How do I create a custom wallet button with a link for a third-party conference call?
Organisers can add a custom button with a URL link to each attendee's mobile ticket wallet. This "Custom Wallet Button" feature enables easy access to virtual event components like video conferencing or livestream links directly from the ticket itself.
This functionality streamlines the virtual event experience by centralising access to complementary digital components alongside the mobile ticket for a seamless attendee journey.
- Click on the “Events” button on the left hand main panel.
- Select the Dashboard of the event you want to edit.
- Click “Setup”.
- Click “Tickets”.
- Click “Edit”.
- Click “Advanced Options”.
- Select the checkbox under “Custom Wallet Button” and add the “Button Label & “Button URL” to the text fields e.g. your Zoom Link.
- Don’t forget to click “Save Changes”.
- The custom wallet button with the link to the call will now appear on your attendees' tickets on their ticket wallet.
