Images - How do I add a promotional video to my event page?
This feature allows event organisers to embed promotional videos from external video platforms like YouTube or Vimeo directly onto their event page. A well-placed video can help capture attendees' attention, build excitement, and provide an immersive preview of the event experience.
- Click on the “Events” button on the left hand main panel.
- Select the Dashboard of the event you want to edit.
- Click “Setup”.
- Click Images.
- Add the link for your video from a video streaming platform (i.e. YouTube, Vimeo etc.) to the field under “Add an external video”.
- Click “Add Video” and your video will be uploaded to the “Gallery Images” tab.
- You can click “View Public Page” for quick access to see how your video presents on your event page.
